These terms cover the use of iaget.org. By reading the site you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be argued over.
What the service is
iaget.org publishes short editorial records of hotels, written to one fixed form. The site is informational and editorial. It is not a travel agency, it is not a booking service, and it takes no reservations, deposits or payments of any kind from readers.
What a record is and is not
A record is a brief editorial description assembled from published sources. It is not a reference work, not a survey and not technical documentation about a building. It is not a safety, accessibility or suitability assessment. Nothing in a record should be treated as a professional opinion about a property.
Accuracy
Information is offered without a guarantee that it is current. Names, operators, layouts and access routes change, sometimes without notice. The site does not publish opening hours, timetables or schedules, and readers should confirm any practical detail with the hotel or the transport operator before relying on it.
No advice
Nothing on the site is advice to buy, book or travel, and nothing is financial, legal or medical advice. Decisions taken after reading a record are the reader's own.
External links
Where the site links outside itself, it does not control the linked material and takes no responsibility for it. A link is not an endorsement, and no link on this site is paid or affiliated.
Copyright
Text on iaget.org is the work of its editors and is protected by copyright. Short quotation with a clear credit and a link is acceptable. Republishing whole records, or reproducing the site's structure and wording as a whole, is not. Photographs remain with their rights holders and are used with permission or under licence.
Corrections
Factual errors are corrected. Write through the Contact page, naming the record and the field. A hotel may send a correction about its own record, and a correction supported by a published source will be made. Payment is neither requested nor accepted for adding, changing or removing a record.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the site and its editors are not liable for loss arising from the use of the material published here, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date of the last change is shown in the line below.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country from which iaget.org is published. Disputes are heard in the courts of that country.
The Casino Hotels sheet
Sheet 03 lists four hotels and resorts in Canada that contain casinos. The site describes their buildings, accommodation and surroundings only. It does not describe or assess any gaming floor, and it publishes nothing about odds, winnings, bonuses, wagering, loyalty schemes or promotions. It links to no gaming site or application. Casinos are for adults only, and the minimum age depends on where you are.
