Four editors read this address. Write when a hotel belongs on one of the sheets, when a field is wrong, or when a hotel wants to correct its own record.

Useful letters fall into a few kinds. A hotel that should have a record and does not: tell us where it is and what makes the building or its sleeping units worth the entry. A field we filled in badly: name the record and the field, and say what is wrong with it. A factual correction: a changed name, a changed operator, a route that no longer works. A note from the hotel itself: we read those, and a correction supported by a published source will be made.

We do not book anything and we do not pass enquiries on to hotels. If you want a room, write to the hotel directly; nothing sent here reaches them. We also do not sell mentions, and no letter can buy a record, move one up a sheet or have one removed.
